2024-2025 Information & Forms


Below you will find a letter to interested preschool parents with instructions on how to register for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.

Please note the following costs of our program:

  • $80.00 non-refundable fee is required for registration - one per family (registration fee is waived for additional siblings). Please note that the Registration Fee increases to $150.00 after June 30, 2024.

  • A supply fee of $30.00 is due at the beginning of each semester

  • Monthly tuition

To enroll in a preschool class for the 2024-2025 school year, please submit the following:

  1. Completed Registration Form (located in Registration Packet -- link to document below)

  2. Completed Emergency Form (located in Registration Packet -- link to document below)

  3. Current copy of Child's Immunization Record (Fax: 304-346-9634)

  4. $80.00 ($150.00 after June 30, 2024) non-refundable Registration Fee (check payable to New Beginnings Preschool)
